Twin Springs Camps Cabins

Our lakeside cabins are just steps away from the water. They are rustic, yet comfortable, clean, and provide all of your basic needs.

Sometimes we have to unplug to get connected to ourselves and to those who mean the most. Our camps are without televisions, internet, or telephones. Most cell phone users will find service in the camps. Our Guests come to get away from it all, relax, and enjoy some peace and quiet.

We supply bed linens, firewood, and a non-motorized aluminum row boat. You simply bring your own food, clothes, kitchen and bath towels, bikes and kayaks. Sunrises included, no extra charge!

Ash Haven sits on the beach end of Twin Springs, bordering the Maine woods on the far side. It is a favorite for families with young children because the beach is just steps away. On a sunny day, adult campers enjoy sitting on the boardwalk above the beach, perhaps relaxing with a book, while the children play in the water.

Ash Haven sleeps up to 6, two bedrooms with double size beds, and one bedroom with two twin beds. All bedrooms are on the upper floor and have extra woolen blankets for those occasional cool nights.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size gas stove, refrigerator, pots and pans, utensils, lots of dishware, coffee maker, and microwave oven. The dining area, separate from the living room, comfortably sits a family of 6. Adjacent to the kitchen is the downstairs bathroom with a shower.

This camp was the owners' residence in the early years. Rustic, yet comfortable, it is a great place to sit by the stone fireplace and relax. It is the only cabin without a separate screened porch, making the living area a bit more spacious than the other camps. It's a great place to spread out a jigsaw puzzle or play some board games! The front beach side of the living area has an oversized screened window so that you can comfortably sit inside while enjoying nature's beauty or watching the kids play.
